The Task Detail page in HIVO gives you a comprehensive overview of all the information related to a specific Task.
In List View, click the arrow to the right of the task name.
In Kanban view, you can click on any task to open the details page.
The Task Detail Page is divided into many different sections, helping you easily track and manage work-related information. You can access and view details of each item by clicking the icons at the top of the page.
This section displays basic information about the task, including name, description, tags, deadline, and other custom fields. Click the pencil icon to edit any field.
If you are a Task Admin, you can designate other users to have access to the task and its content. Click the pencil icon to select or deselect members. For more information about user permission levels, please refer to the 'Task Permissions' guide.
Note: If among the added members, there are members at the Resource level, you can click on 'View as Resource' to see the Assets that the Resource permission level can see.
This section allows you to attach assets related to the task. The Asset area attached to the Task is designed and operates like a Library. You can add assets, set views... and perform full 'Library Actions'.
Click 'Add Assets' to upload new Asset. Adding or removing existing Assets by selecting the assets, clicking the ‘Actions’ button and clicking ‘Edit Task’.
This section displays a log of all actions performed on the Task. Task history provides information including which members performed which editing actions and over what time period.
This section allows you to add time and place information related to the task, such as the time and location of an event or a photoshoot.
Create a list of items that need to be done for the task. You can assign a responsible person to each item, attach documents, set priorities, and give detailed descriptions for each item. Optionally, you can enable notifications for all task members when a checklist item is completed.
Add comments to exchange information and updates related to the task. This feature works similarly to the comment function on Assets. You can tag and notify other HIVO users to join the discussion. For more information, please refer to the 'Commenting' instructions.
Task Finance
Track task-related financial information, such as budget attachments and invoice emails.
Tip: Use the sections on the task detail page to gather all the information related to the task, making it easier for you to track progress, collaborate with other members, and complete tasks efficiently.
