Set Library defaults to control the appearance of the Library for new users 😍

HIVO's Default Library Settings allows admins to set the default interface that new users will see when accessing the Library for the first time. This helps ensure consistency and ease of using the library and performing for all team members.
1. Navigate to: Client Profile => Setting => Default Library Settings
2. Configuration options:
Browsing Mode
Infinite Scroll: Infinite scrolling automatically loads more content when users scroll down.
Pagination: Display content page by page with page transition buttons.
View Mode
Asset View: Displays each file in detail.
Folder View: Displays a list of folders.
Tree View: Displays the folder structure in a hierarchical tree form.
Display Mode
Set the number of files displayed on a page.
The default value is 48.
Customize this amount to suit user preferences and screen size.
Display Size
Small
Medium
Large
Very Large
Choose the display size that suits the user's detailed viewing needs.
Sort Results
Choose default sorting criteria for files in the Library.
Options include: Date Added, Production Date, Name.
Choose to sort in ascending (↑) or descending (↓) order.
Grouping
Choose the default grouping of files in the Library.
Options include: No Grouping, Group by Creation Date, Group by Production Date, Group by Batch
Then, save changes so this takes effect for future uploaded Assets.

Note: that if a user changes their library settings from within the library feature itself, HIVO will remember the users display preferences.
