Creating a Consent Request Link with QR Code

Enter a Name for the request link and carefully select at least 1 collection. People submitting their consent may assume consent is only given for media during the time of the event. Please be clear with its usage and only select the appropriate collections.
Note: Consent approvals will be automatically applied to assets in the selected collections.
The Consent Request Link requires a start and end time. As default its selects the starts time as the current time and end time to tomorrow.
If it is for an ongoing use, select the End Time as Never.
Set the maximum number of entries to the expected amount for your use case.
Optionally include a brief introduction to your guests when visiting the Consent Request Link.
By default you and other admins will receive notifications per consent approval submitted. You are able to edit and toggle this at anytime.
Set the usage terms and consent expiration you’d like to appear in the Consent Request form.
Optionally allow people to select usage terms or set expiration.
Configure the look of the QR code. Optionally include a logo or image from your library.
Note: Select appropriate colours that ensures QR code readability.
Click SUBMIT to finalise and create the Consent Request Link.
The consent request link is generated where you can now share the link or simply download the QR code image.
