The Nudge Folder feature in Collection allows users to notify one or more users about a specific folder, along with an optional note. This is useful when you want to share, remind, or draw attention to an important folder within a Collection.
✅ Quickly send notifications and emails to relevant team members who have a HIVO account. ✅ Enhance collaboration, ensuring everyone stays updated. ✅ Add an optional note to provide context or specific instructions.
Navigate to Collections and find the folder you want to notify users about.
Click the down arrow on the folder thumbnail or right-click on the folder.
A menu with options will appear.
In the options menu, click "Nudge Folder".
Select one or more users to notify about the folder.
Add an optional note if you want to provide additional information.
Confirm to complete the notification process.
