Connect HIVO task and Monday.com

Make work seem-less with the HIVO extension for Monday.com

Want to manage your design assets efficiently and save time? With HIVO and monday.com, it's possible! This guide will help you connect your HIVO design assets to your monday.com tasks, optimizing your workflow and increasing your productivity.

• Design: Link design tasks on Monday.com with design files on HIVO to manage versions and ensure product consistency.

Connect your account

1. Access account settings: Click on your avatar in the upper right corner, select "Account settings".

1. Connect Monday.com: Under "External accounts", find and click on the Monday.com button.

1. Authenticate your account: Log in to your Monday.com account and grant HIVO access.

Attach a task

1. Go to the asset details page: Select the asset you want to attach a task to and go to the Related tab

2. Select the Monday.com task: In the Related tab, you will see the Task section (which lists all tasks that are linked to the asset). To switch to linking the asset to the task on Monday.com, click on the pencil icon and turn on the switch to switch to the Monday.com tab.

1. Attaching HIVO Assets to Monday.com Tasks

• Select board: Select the board on Monday.com that you want to attach the task to.

• Select column: Select the column containing the link or task you want to link.

• Select task: Find and select the appropriate task.

Select "Submit" to complete attaching the asset to the task on Monday.com

👉 Notes: You can click on the asset name to switch to HIVO to continue other actions.
