Security Audit Log Report – Track User Activities

⚠️ User Right Required: User must have the “Can view Security Audit Report” permission to see Audit Log Report.

A new feature has been added to the Reporting section, allowing administrators to monitor and review critical user activity logs through the Security Audit Log report. The log captures the following details:

• Performing user

• Action performed: e.g. Login, Logout, Change password, Update email settings, Sent verification email, Create user, Remove user, Sent invite to users, etc.

• Timestamp

• IP address

• Geolocation (Location)

• Browser

• Operating system (OS)

Approval Reminder for External Reviewers – Link Accuracy and Submission Flow Improvements

Improved reminder functionality for external reviewers:

• Approval links in reminder emails sent to external reviewers/approvers have been improved and enhanced. Previously, in rare cases, an incorrect link could lead to an error page when accessed.

• The Submit button is now properly disabled during the sending process to prevent duplicate actions and improve the user experience.

Add Client Custom Versions to the Canvas Tab

Custom version sizes configured in the Client Profile will now appear at the top of the Canvas library under the new category name “Custom Version”.
