Sensitive Settings
Configure the settings for what happens when users mark assets with a Sensitive status
Does your organization store important information like employee records, financial reports, or customer data? If so, Sensitive Settings is the perfect tool to help you protect and control access to these sensitive digital assets.
What are Sensitive Settings?
Sensitivity settings are features that allow you to manage and restrict access to stored sensitive digital assets. This feature ensures that only authorized users can view or handle these assets.
How to configure Sensitive Settings
⚠️ User Right Required: User must have the permission: “Is Client Admin - User can manage the Client Profile”
Step 1: Navigate to Sensitive Settings
Go to: Client Profile → Settings tab → Sensitive Settings

Step 2: Sensitive Settings
1, Enable Default Sensitive Date
Automatically mark uploaded assets as “sensitive” after a set number of days.
This is useful for time-sensitive content such as financial statements or personal data. After the specified time, assets are restricted from being accessed unless the user has the correct permission.
2, Notify Admins When Assets Are Marked as Sensitive
Automatically sends notifications to administrators whenever an asset is flagged as sensitive.
Helps administrators monitor sensitive content and take action such as reviewing access permissions or applying added protection.
3, Notify Admins Prior to Assets Being Marked as Sensitive
Sends alerts to administrators a certain number of days before an asset is scheduled to be marked as sensitive.
Allows time for review and adjustments before the asset is restricted, such as changing the setting or excluding the asset from the rule.

Once you're done configuring, click Save to apply the changes. From now on, the Default Sensitive Date will be automatically applied to all newly uploaded assets.

4, Asset visibility management in Extensions, connectors and plugins
Depending on your organization's preferences, assets marked as sensitive can now be optionally set to either show or be hidden in external extensions, connectors and plugins.

How to manually adjust Sensitive Date for an Asset
Users can also edit the "Archive date" after uploading the asset to the system. To do this, follow these steps:
Access the Asset Library -> Select the asset to edit
Click “View Detail”: Open the asset's detailed information page.
Go to the “Permission” tab: In the detail view, navigate to the tab or section related to permissions and advanced settings.
Find the “Sensitive date” field: Here, you can adjust or reset the date when the asset should be moved to sensitive status.
