# Microsoft Powerpoint Integration

With its intuitive search, import, and download features, users can easily locate and incorporate files from HIVO, streamlining workflows and boosting productivity.

To install the plugin, navigate to *Insert* tab and click "**Get Add-ins**" and search for the HIVO Add-in.

### Login

Login with your HIVO credentials by clicking **Sign in to HIVO** button.

### Library

The library lists all the image assets that can be imported to a Word Document or Powerpoint Presentation. Users can also search and download ( *Windows or Microsoft 365 Web only* ) the asset.

All versions of the asset are accessible however, only supported file types (images) can be imported.

When uploading new versions of the asset, click the upload icon next to **Import** button.

### Upload New Version

First select a node within your Document. A dialogue will appear to ask for this new version's name.

Click start upload to begin uploading the new version.

### Upload

Upload a selected node into HIVO from the add-in's Upload tab:

1. Select node from your Document and the type of image you would like to upload.
2. Add tags related to this new asset.
3. Specify the new asset's metadata and select the post-processing automations.
