# Select Assets

### Select Assets

To select assets, follow these steps:

* **Select a single asset:** In the Library, left click once on the  asset thumbnail you want to select. You will see the asset has been selected once the thumbnail gets highlighted with a border.
* **Select a range of multiple assets:** To select multiple assets, first select a single asset by left clicking on the asset thumbnail once. Then hold down the Shift key on your keyboard and left-click on the last asset in the range you want to select. All assets between the first and last selected assets will be highlighted. You can also select additional assets by just clicking on the once while holding down the shift key.&#x20;

* **Deselecting:** To deselect and asset, left click once on assets that have been selected. You can also deselect a range of assets by holding down the Shift key and left clicking. You can also **Click the ‘X’** **on the 'Selected'** chip to unselect all items or or uncheck the "Select All Assets" box:

### How to Select All Assets on a Page

To select all assets in a folder, you can follow these steps:

1. **Access the folder containing the assets you want to select**
   * In **Folder view** or **Tree view**, click into the folder that contains the images you want to select.
2. **Switch to Asset view**
   * Once inside the folder, change your display mode to **Asset view** to see the images in a grid format.

3. **Change the Browsing Mode to "Pages" in Library Settings**

* In the browsing mode settings, select **Pages,** instead of **Infinite scroll**. This will allow selecting all assets on the current page being viewed.

4. **Select one image to activate the "Select All" option**

* Click on any image. After selecting it, the **Select All** option will appear in the top right corner (next to the download button).

5. **Select all images on the current page**

* Click **Select All** to select all the images on that page.

6. **Repeat for other pages (if any)**

* If the folder contains multiple pages, repeat step 5 for each page until you’ve selected all images in the folder.
* This option allows you to select all Assets that are visible on page in the Library. You can increase the number of search results per page up to 256 in the Library settings to help with mass selecting Assets.

### How to View Only Your Selected Assets

* **Toggle the 'Selected' chip**: In the top right corner of the Library, toggle on the 'Selected' chip. This will display all selected assets.

**Key Points to Remember**

* **Multiple Selection**: Use the Shift key and left-click to select a range of assets.&#x20;
* **Selecting All Assets**: Select one image to activate the "Select All" option and use the **‘Select All’** checkbox to select all visible assets.
* **Viewing Selected Assets**: Toggle the 'Selected' button to view all selected assets.&#x20;
* **Deselecting All:** Click the ‘X’ on the 'Selected' chip to unselect all items.&#x20;
