The system now automatically removes the "License Expired" status once the License Expiry End Date has passed.
This update ensures that the asset's license status accurately reflects its current state over time, helping users manage assets more effectively throughout their lifecycle.
This is an important new update that strengthens our External Approval feature and enhances the user experience.
Now, in-app guidance (app cues/hints) will be displayed within the External Approval interface, helping external reviewers understand how to perform necessary actions more easily.
🔹 Update details:
App cues will automatically appear when a user accesses the external approval link.
Each email address (recipient) will only see the app cues a maximum of 2 times, to avoid disrupting the experience.
In case the user wants to review the suggestions, just click on the “?” icon next to the property name to display the instructions again.
This improvement ensures that external reviewers can effectively use the interface and complete their feedback or approval tasks as intended.
