# Sharing Collections

You have created a great collection of assets to use for an upcoming project 🤔. Now you want to share this Collection with partners or other team members, even those outside the business, so everyone can easily view, refer to the content, and always receive the latest updates to the collection contents.

Like [Assets](https://support.hivo.co/assets)[, ](https://support.hivo.co/assets/sharing-assets)Collections can be shared via Shared Links. This feature helps you create and grant access to assets within a collection without having to share individual Assets seperately.

## How to create a Collection Shared Link?

1️⃣ **Access the Collection Detail page:** This is the page that displays detailed content of the Collection you want to share.

2️⃣ **Click the chain icon** (on the top - under the Collection name): This will open the options for creating a Share Link.

4️⃣ **Create Link:** After completing customization, click the 'Submit' button to create a Shared Link for the Collection.

At this point, HIVO will automatically switch to the "Created Links" tab and you can choose to copy the link (right click on the text that says 'Right Click + Copy Link') or click the 'Email This Link' button to send the link via email straight from HIVO.

**Stay up to date:** *Any Assets added or removed from the Collection after creating the link will automatically update on the Shared Link. This ensures your colleagues always have access to the latest content.*
{% endhint %}

At the same time, you can view and manage all Shared Links created for a particular Collection by clicking on the chain icon => select **"Existing Links".**
