# Task Actions

To save you time repeating the same action on each individual task, optimise your management and saves time by performing actions on multiple Tasks at once.

## Select Multiple Tasks

Note: you need to have Task list view toggled on to be able to select multiple Tasks. Once the Task list view is on, you can select one or multiple Tasks by clicking the check box to the left of the task name to select each task:

If you want to select all Tasks on the current page, click on the select all box at the top of the title column:

## Perform Action

After selecting the desired tasks, click on the "Actions" button (Top - right of Task management area). The menu will display options you can perform on the selected tasks, such as Archive, Remove, Change Status, Clone Task:
