Are you having difficulty managing the approval process for your digital assets? Are you worried about digital assets not being approved on time or content quality being inconsistent 😵? Approval settings help admins to configure HIVO's approvals features and approval workflows to work the way your business needs them to! 😍
Approval Settings allows setting deadlines for each approval stage to keep everything on schedule, while tracking each asset's approval progress and getting notified when action is needed.
Why should you use Approval Settings?
Enhanced efficiency: Automate the entire approval process, eliminating time-consuming email chains and manual follow-ups.
Superior quality control: Establish a clearly defined approval process with designated reviewers.
Seamless Collaboration: Share assets easily with internal and external stakeholders for feedback and approvals.
Navigate to: Client Profile => Setting => Approval Settings
Select settings appropriate to your organization's digital assets and desired approval workflows:
Customize approval statuses: Add, remove, or modify the name of an approval status to fit your team's workflow. You can set the display name of the approval statuses in your account to whatever makes sense for your team.
Note: The trigger condition is the trigger or action that happens which will automatically move an asset in an approval workflow to a particular approval status (e.g., first comment received, change request).
Reset to Default: This will reset the approval status labels to the system defaults.
Admins can also configure the Due Date Settings for approvals:
Admins can set a notification to be triggered within a certain time before an Asset Approval is due. Read more about Notification here including setting email and in-app notifications unique to your user profile.
