An Asset on HIVO can have many different versions, such as original, web, thumbnail, watermarked and any other version, etc. Each version of an Asset represents a separate file with different sizes and properties. The metadat on Asset versions, however, is kept the same to avoid duplication of assets stored in your account.
In the example image, there are multiple versions of the same Asset (eg. original, thumbnail, web versions). You can click on the different versions to view, comment or perform actions on them.
To upload a new versions of an Asset, click the plus sign (+) next to existing versions of Assets. A dialog box will appear asking you to enter the version name and choose file from your computer to upload.
Enter a name for the new Version
Select the new Version from your computer.
Click 'Start Upload'. The file will be added to the 'Upload Queue'.
