Commenting on Different Asset Types
1. Document Comments
For PDF and document assets, users can add annotations on multiple pages within a single comment, helping consolidate related feedback.
How to add multi-page comments on PDFs or documents:
Select a markup tool (Select, Pen, Rectangle, Highlight, etc.).
Mark the location on the page where a change or feedback is required.
Use the page navigation buttons to move to another page.
Mark additional locations on other pages that also need feedback.
After marking all required locations, add a comment describing the changes needed for those marked points.
This allows reviewers to identify multiple issues across different pages while keeping all feedback organized in a single comment thread.

2. Video Comments
Comments on videos are attached to a specific timestamp. When a comment is added:
A comment marker appears on the video timeline.
The comment remains visible for a few seconds after the timestamp.
Clicking the marker on the timeline will jump directly to that comment.
Each user has a unique color indicator for their comment markers.

Notifications and Mentions
Instant Notifications:
Notifications can be enabled to alert users when comments are made or replies are posted.
These notifications can be configured to be sent via email or as in-app notifications.
Mentioning Users:
Users can mention team members in comments by using the "@" symbol followed by their username.
This sends a direct notification to the mentioned user.
By using advanced comment features and best practices, teams can significantly enhance the effectiveness of comment management, leading to better collaboration, increased efficiency, and clearer communication.
