Add “Remove Asset” to right click options
HIVO has updated the Library interface to support faster actions. Specifically, users can now remove assets directly via the right-click menu.
🔹 Update Details:
When right-clicking on an asset in the Library/Collection, the “Remove Asset” option will now appear in the action menu.
This feature helps streamline user actions and enhances the efficiency of asset management.
Note: This option is only available to users with permission to remove assets.

Add additional Columns in CSV/Excel when exporting Data
We’ve expanded the data included in export files to better support asset analysis and management. The following columns are now added to CSV and Excel files — even if they contain no data:
🔹 Update Details:
Add Description column: This column will appear in the export file even if all values are empty.
Add Folder Path column: This shows the folder path of the asset, displayed as the folder name.
Add Collection column: This column will still be included even if the user does not have permission to access collections. Depending on user permissions, the data may appear in full or remain empty.
Add base metadata fields: Includes fields such as copyright, license, etc. — shown even if they have no values.
Add internal asset URL: This field includes the internal URL of the asset, and if available, the corresponding CDN URL as well.

Implement Natural Language Search Config & Dynamic Prompt Management
HIVO has implemented the Natural Language Search Config & Dynamic Prompt Management feature to provide a more accurate and flexible search experience for users.
🔹 Update Details:
Configure the AI Model for Library Search: Allows selection of the language model (AI Model) used to process natural language search queries.
Configure the System Prompt for Library Search: The System Prompt defines the context and rules for interpreting user queries.
This feature empowers Super Admins to customize and fine-tune AI search behavior according to specific client or organizational needs.
