HIVO has made adjustments to enhance the thumbnail processing for INDD (Adobe InDesign) files.

Order Asset Actions alphabetically

We’ve updated the way asset action are displayed to enhance accessibility and improve user experience.

• Actions such as Download, Edit, Preview, Remove, etc. are now sorted alphabetically by default.

• This improvement helps users quickly locate and interact with available actions more efficiently.

Enable/disable collection descriptions in share link settings

Users can now choose to show or hide the collection description when creating a share link. This option provides greater control over what information is displayed to link recipients, ensuring flexibility and relevance for each sharing purpose.

Regenerate custom versions automatically when uploading a new original version

HIVO has implemented a feature that automatically regenerates custom versions of an asset when a user uploads a new original version.

🔹 Update Details:

• When a user uploads a new original version of an asset, the system will automatically delete the previous original file and replace it with the newly uploaded original version.

• After that, the system will automatically regenerate all previously configured custom versions based on the new original version.
