Remove/Delete Product

The Remove Product feature allows users to permanently delete a product from the digital asset management system.

When Should You Use the Remove Product Feature?

• When the product is no longer needed in the system.

• When you need to remove outdated, duplicate, or irrelevant products.

• When you want to clean up and optimize the data repository for easier management.

How to Use the Remove Product Feature

Step 1: Navigate to Product

• From the left-hand toolbar, go to the Product section.

Step 2: Select the Product to Remove

• Use the search bar to quickly locate the product you want to delete.

• You can search by Product ID, Labels, Tags, or Keywords in the product's description or metadata.

Step 3: Go to the Product Details

• Once you find the product, click the pencil icon next to the product name to open the product's details page.

Step 4: Remove Product

• In the product details page, switch to the Remove tab.

• Confirm that you want to delete the product.

• Click Remove Product to finalize the deletion.

Important Notes:

• Once deleted, the product will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

• Ensure you double-check before performing this action to avoid losing important data.
