User right required: Can Edit Consent
Editing Consent status of multiple assets creates new Consent Records where you can modify the Related People, attachU files, links and other library assets. It will also override the previous Consent Record on the asset.
Whether it is to edit multiple assets' Consent status or to state consent is Not Applicable for these assets, this can be modified in the Library action: Edit Consent.
Simply navigate to Library, select assets => Actions => Edit Consent:
After clicking Edit Consent, a Consent Record form will need to be filled.
The details of this new Consent Record will be created for all the related people.
The following will need to be specified:
Status - consent status of the assets: Full Consent, Partial Consent, Consent Denied, Not Applicable.
Expiry - consent expiry.
Usage Terms - approved usage terms where the selection can be edited by an admin in the client's Consent Settings.
Related People - people that is related to the selected assets.
Attachments (optional) - existing links, external files such as existing consent forms or library assets linked to the new Consent Record.
