[New Feature] Disposal & Retention Automation
With this feature, Admins can configure automated asset handling rules after a specified period within Disposal & Retention Settings.
🔹 Feature Details:
Additionally, Users can utilize the Disposal & Retention feature within the Automation tool. This is a vital tool for meeting legal requirements and ensuring compliance with the organization's internal policies.
Date Trigger: Defines the point in time to start calculating the retention period (e.g., from the upload date or the last modified date).
Retention Period: Sets the specific duration for which assets must be maintained in the system.
Automated Actions: Specifies the action to be taken once the retention period expires, including: Archive/ Delete/ Move Folder.

[Update] Brand Guideline Notifications
The system now automatically triggers notifications to specific user groups as soon as any modifications are made to the brand standards.
🔹 Update Details:
Configuration: To enable this, go to Client Profile > Settings, scroll down to the System & Integartion section, and select Golbal Notification Settings.
Recipients of Notifications:
Admins: System admins, to oversee all global changes.
Users with View Rights: Users with permission to view the Brand Guidelines, ensuring they stay up-to-date with new regulations.
Section Editors & Viewers: Users with specific permissions to view or edit individual sections will receive notifications relevant to their assigned scope.
Video Experience & Sharing Enhancements
This update introduces greater flexibility when interacting with video content, allowing for effortless audio control.
🔹 Update Details:
Video Volume Control: We have integrated a dedicated volume control button directly onto the video player on the Video Detail page.
Personalized Adjustment: You can now increase, decrease, or mute the video audio instantly without affecting your device's master volume settings.
Intuitive Interface: The sleek volume slider appears immediately when you hover over or touch the video player.
Shared URL Integration: The volume control feature is also seamlessly applied to videos viewed via Shared URLs (publicly shared links).
[Improvement] Generate Layout via Templates
HIVO has implemented a series of critical refinements to enhance the precision of the "Generate Layout via Templates" feature, with a specific focus on image and text components.
🔹 Update Details:
Optimized Background Rendering:
Fixed an issue where the background image would lose its fixed position when resizing the frame.
Background images are now correctly set to be center-aligned.
Improved Text Scalability: Resolved issues with irregular font scaling (where text appeared disproportionately large or small).
