New Feature: Manual & Automatic Checklist Completion

🔹 New Feature Details:

• Manual Completion: Allows Task Owner/Member/Assignee to automatically mark the checklist item as completed even if all assets have not been approved. The system displays the performer and time as current.

• Automatic Completion: When all assets are approved, the checklist item will be automatically completed and logged as “Automatically Completed” with time.

  • If there is an unapproved asset or a new unapproved asset is added → the checklist item will automatically change to “Incomplete”.

  • Automatically tick/uncheck assets according to approval status.

  • The user's manual status will be saved but overwritten if there is an automatic change.

👉 Benefits:

• Increased Flexibility in manually marking the checklist as complete.

• Ensures the checklist status always accurately reflects the actual situation of the assets (their current approval status).

• Clear and Transparent Logging in the system, distinguishing between manual and automatic actions.

New Feature: Shared Brief Link

Allows internal users to create a shareable link for a brief. This link directs external users to a form where they can input information and submit it.

🔹 New Feature Details: Users with the "Can create Brief Link" permission can create, update, delete, and share links with external users.

• Upon form submission, the system generates a unique, secure, and shareable URL.

• The generated link is displayed in "Links - Shared Brief Link" & existing link.
