### \[New Feature] Support for Bulk Resolve/Approve for Version Access Requests

This new feature allows users to perform bulk actions on Version Access Requests, saving time and increasing efficiency in managing version access permissions.

**🔹 Feature Details:**

* Users can select multiple requests simultaneously to proceed with Delete or Reject actions.
* The system will display a confirmation popup, along with the list of requesters for the selected requests.

### \[New Feature] Add "Conditional Metadata Setting"

HIVO has extended the ability to configure conditional settings to Metadata, similar to the existing Conditional Tag Setting feature. This helps to ensure more consistent management and control of Metadata across the entire system.

* This feature allows for setting up conditional rules for Metadata—for example: only display, make mandatory, or suggest metadata when certain conditions are met.

### \[Improvement] Add “Edit” Button for Individual Items in Brand – New Display mode

In the Brand’s “Use New Display” mode, items (mục) within the same section previously only displayed a single Edit button on the first item. This made it difficult for users who needed to edit individual items within the section.

**🔹 Update Details:**

* Each item in the section, when using the New Display mode, will now have its own Edit button.
* Users can quickly edit each piece of content individually, instead of having to rely on the Edit button of the first item.
* Click to "Edit Button", user can:
  * Create New Section Below
  * Duplicate Section
  * Edit Section
  * Remove Section

### \[Improvement] Add “Download” Button for Individual Assets in Full Mode Share Links

When users share assets link in Full Mode, the system previously only allowed viewing of the full information and asset preview but did not support direct downloading of individual assets. This change provides greater convenience for shared link recipients who wish to download the assets immediately.

**🔹 Update Detail:**

* We have added a Download button for each asset within the Share Link's Full Mode interface. Recipients of the link can now download individual assets (provided the share link settings allow downloading).

Added a setting that allows comment statuses to be automatically set to "Request Changes" within the Approval Workflow.

* Admins can configure this by navigating to: Client Profile -> Settings -> Approval Settings, then locating the "Additional Settings" section to enable the option "Use 'Request Changes' status by default."

HIVO are introducing a powerful integration between **Only Track Known Faces** and the Remove Untagged Faces tool. This update is designed to keep your face recognition system cleaner, more secure, and focused exclusively on the personnel that matter most.

**🔹 Feature Details:**

**1. Recognition Settings: Only Track Known Faces**

This proactive setting prevents the storage of data from irrelevant individuals from the outset.

* **Proactive Privacy:** Unidentified faces or those without prior consent will no longer be stored as anonymous profiles or recognition data.
* **Compliance:** This update empowers your organization to take a proactive stance in data management, enhancing privacy protection and ensuring strict compliance with data policies.

**2. Remove Untagged Faces**

This tool is designed to purge legacy data, making it especially useful if the system captured anonymous faces before "Only Track Known Faces" was enabled or during periods when the setting was toggled.

* Users must explicitly check the box **"I Understand, Remove Untagged"** to confirm the action.
* The system will delete all Vector data associated with untagged faces. Please note that this action is irreversible.

**Additional Cleanup Options:**

* **Remove Anonymous Faces:** Completely wipes anonymous face profiles from the Recognition page.
* **Remove Bounding Boxes:** Eliminates face detection frames for unidentified individuals when viewing photos or videos.
