The monday.com plugin is also available in all monday.com platforms: desktop and mobile.
To add HIVO into your monday.com workspace simply navigate to your workspace board and open an item page.
Click the add view button with a plus icon.
Search for the HIVO app and add it to the item.
Authorise the HIVO app to gain access to relevant data.
Click the sign in button and login to HIVO with your credentials.
Browse through your HIVO library in either list or grid view. Upload your HIVO asset onto a task item by clicking the ATTACH TO ITEM button.
Click on the FILES IN THIS ITEM tab to view all files attached in the task item. Select one of the files to begin upload it onto HIVO.
Ensure the file name is correct and click NEXT - ADD TAGS to start adding custom tags.
Add some tags to help identify your assets in HIVO. Click NEXT - ADD DETAILS to begin add metadata and setting automation tools.
Add metadata onto your file and set the additional automations as your file gets uploaded to HIVO. Start the upload process by clicking the START UPLOAD button.
Your item file is now uploaded to HIVO.
Users within the app are also able to download or upload a new version of their assets by clicking either of the buttons below.
To upload a new version select a file from your monday.com item file column.
Enter the new version name and click START UPLOAD button.
You now have uploaded a new version of your HIVO asset.
View your HIVO collections within the monday.com plugin under Collections tab.
Toggle between collection category display by clicking the Category View icon button:
Navigate through your collections to search and view your assets.
Click the three dots on the top right corner of the app which will bring down a menu. Click Logout to logout of the app.
