Microsoft Outlook

The HIVO Outlook Add-in makes digital asset management easy, allowing users to efficiently search for files, import them directly into their emails or add them as attachments in their emails.

To install the HIVO Outlook Add-in, click "Get Add-ins" in Microsoft Outlook.

Search for the HIVO Outlook Add-in and add install by clicking the "Add" button.

The HIVO Add-in is now available for use when composing a new email.

Compose a new message and begin using the Outlook Add-in:

Login

Login with your HIVO credentials by clicking Sign in to HIVO button.

Attaching assets

Select an asset to add as an attachment into your new email message.

Click the Attach button in this asset. The asset is then added under attachments as shown:

Importing assets

Assets can also be importing to your email's message body. Simply click the message box and select the asset to import.

Click the Import button in this asset. The asset is then added within the message body as shown:
