Blacklist Settings

Say goodbye to "junk" tags with Blacklist - A powerful tool for data management!

Are you struggling with dozens of digital assets and tagging them😅? Sometimes, the default auto-tagging feature, although convenient, suggests unnecessary tags, making finding information later complicated. Don't worry 🤗, because Blacklist Setting is your saviour!

What is Blacklist?

Blacklist is a useful feature that helps you remove "disruptive" tags from the auto-tagging process.

Why should you use Blacklist?

"Blacklist Setting" helps you remove unnecessary tags and maintain a uniform tag structure for all digital assets in your Library. At the same time, you save time because you get rid of unwanted tags right from the beginning and don't need to waste time removing them after automation.

How to use Blacklist Settings:

Using “Blacklist Setting" is extremely simple, just a few basic steps:

  1. Search for Blacklist settings: Client Profile => Setting => Blacklisted Tag

  2. Add tags to Blacklist: Enter the tags you want to remove from the automation, separated by commas (e.g. "medicine", "pill"). Then, save changes so the Blacklist takes effect for future uploaded documents.

Note: Blacklist feature is optional. You can turn it on or off depending on your needs or add more tags to the Blacklist for more effective filtering.

If you have any questions about “Blacklist Settings" or other features, don't hesitate to ask, we're always here to help!
