Add a user's consent record by explicitly stating the consent status of assets they appear in.

Add a user's consent record by explicitly stating the consent status of assets they appear in.
HIVO allows uploading existing Consent forms and like Request for Consent, it can be done in the Person's recognition profile or in the asset page.
Alternatively, within the asset page, click on the person's face => More => Add Consent Record
After clicking the Add Consent Record button, a Consent Record form will need to be filled.
The following will need to be specified:
Assets - assets that is included with the new Consent Record.
Status - consent status of the assets.
Expiry - consent expiry.
Usage Terms - approved usage terms where the selection can be edited by an admin in the client's Consent Settings.
Attachments (optional) - existing links, external files such as existing consent forms or library assets linked to the new Consent Record.
Click Add Consent to add the new Consent Record for the user.
To invalidate a Consent Record update its Consent Status to Revoked. This can be done within the consent's or upload page face actions.
Click more options and Revoke Consent.
