Brand Guidelines

Click the tags icon in the left nav bar to navigate to the Branding section and view all created brand guidelines. Here you'll be able to view a guideline by clicking it, or delete it (if you have the 'Can Edit Account Branding' User Right) by clicking the down arrow icon next to a guideline => 'Remove Brand Guideline'.

When viewing a guideline, you can click the settings button at the top to set the sharing access level. All sharing levels (including 'Not Shared') will still allow the guideline to be viewed by HIVO users in your Client that have the 'Can View Account Branding' User Right. The 'Private' and 'Public' sharing options both generate a shared link that'll let external users view the guideline. If a private shared link is deleted (e.g. by later changing the sharing level to 'Not Shared' or 'Public'), all previously generated private links to the guideline will no longer be valid. If a public guideline has its sharing level downgraded and then later reinstated, then previously generated public shared links will start working again (the URL will be the same).

Click the 'Add Sections' button to add a new components to the guideline, after which you can click the down arrow icon on the right-hand side of a section to edit/remove it. Fonts (within a 'Font' section) can be linked to HIVO font Assets, or by URL/link (e.g. Google fonts).
