# Microsoft Teams

With seamless integration, users can access their HIVO library directly within Teams, saving time and streamlining collaboration.

Install the extension in Microsoft Teams Apps Store:

### Message extension

The HIVO Microsoft Teams message extension is accessible by clicking the three dots below the message box.

Login with your HIVO credentials by clicking the **Sign in** link.

Search for an asset to share others in the channel.

The asset and its versions is imported to your message box. Send to share the asset.

The asset is shared to everyone in the channel.

### Search

The HIVO Teams Search extension allows easy access to your HIVO library from anywhere within the Microsoft Teams app.

In the search bar, type "**@HIVO**" and select the HIVO Search extension.

Click the Search option to begin selecting an asset to share others.

Search through your HIVO library and select an asset to share others.

The asset and its versions is imported and can be copied to your clipboard.

The asset can then be pasted anywhere within the Microsoft Teams App.
