Sensitive Assets
Assets can be set to be ‘Sensitive’, meaning that only users with the ‘Can View Sensitive Assets’ permission will be able to view them.
This may be useful when dealing with Assets that contain children or indigenous content that need additional restriction layers. Sensitive Assets will have the ‘Sensitive’ watermark over the thumbnail in the Library, and will be found in normal search results if the user has the necessary viewing permission. You can use the ‘sensitive’ Library filter (click the down arrow on the search bar) to only see sensitive Assets.
Users will need the ‘Can Make Assets Sensitive’ User Right to toggle an Assets Sensitive status, and can be done through Library Actions or in the Asset Detail page by clicking the ‘permissions’ gear icon => Sensitive option. Assets can be marked as being Sensitive when they’re initially uploaded in the ‘Asset Details’ step.
