Customising Your Library Experience: A Guide to HIVO's Library Settings and Defaults

HIVO lets you to personalize your library view to your liking. This guide explores the Library View Settings options, allowing you to optimise your library management experience.

Note: Your internet browser will remember the Library View Settings that you set for your individual user account. Admins can however set default view settings for all account users in the Default Library Settings in the Client Profile.

Customizing Your Library Settings

👉 Click the gear icon ⚙ in the top right corner of yourLlibrary to access the Library View Settings menu.

👉 Here, you can tailor your browsing experience with a variety of options:

Browsing Mode - Pages or infinite scroll.
Assets per Page - 16 to 256.
Display Mode - Grid / List / Gallery.
Display Size - How big the asset thumbnails will appear whilst browsing within the Library.
Grouping - Optionally group by creation date / production date / batch.
Sort Results - Sort in ascending/descending order by date added / production date / Asset name.

Note: HIVO allows you to establish a default interface for new users entering the library for the first time. This ensures consistency and ease of use for your entire team. You can read more about "Default Library Settings" here.
