# History
To help with tracking account activity & ensuring correct usage, actions on Assets, Collections and Tasks are logged as a history entries on their respective entity.
On Assets, this can be found by clicking the clock icon, where you’ll see a list of all actions, who made the change, and a timestamp.
History asset
Likewise, this can be found in Tasks by clicking into the Task => clock icon. In Collections, you can access the history by clicking into the Collections Detail page => 3 dots ‘settings’ icon => History tab.

Administrators can see a full list of history entries (across all Assets/Collections/Tasks) in [Reporting](/~/changes/eaCuYFhybbREuBouwZp6/reporting.md) (under ‘Select Report’). Reporting is accessible to Administrator accounts through the left nav bar.
