Selecting Assets

You can select Assets in the Library by simply left clicking them, and may have multiple assets selected at one time.

Select Single Assets

You can select an individual asset by simply clicking on on the asset. The asset will appear highlighted to show your selection:

Selecting Multiple Assets

To select multiple Assets in the Library, start by selecting and individual first Asset, then hold down shift + left click on the last Asset in the range of Assets you would like to select.

This process can be repeated to deselect an Asset range.

You can view currently selected assets by toggling on the ‘Selected’ chip in the top right of the Library. Clicking the ‘X’ on this chip will unselect all items.

Select All Assets

You can select all Assets by clicking the “Select All” checkbox in the top right (next to the download button) Note: the ‘Pages’ browsing mode must be turned on (see Library Settings):

This option allows you to select all Assets that are visible on your screen in the Library. You can increase the number of search results per page up to 256 in the Library settings to help with mass selecting Assets.
