Edit Categories & Tags for Grouped Collections

This guide helps you customize internal category structures and manage classification tags for Grouped Collections in bulk.

Edit Grouped Collection Categories

This feature allows you to structure and organize sub-collections within a group:

  • Click the three vertical dots (ellipsis) icon at the bottom right corner of the Grouped Collection's thumbnail, then select Edit Categories.

  • In the dialog box, you can configure your categories as follows:

    • Name a Category: Edit the display name directly in the Category 1, Category 2 ... fields.

    • Add a Note: Click the ADD NOTE button to append a brief description to that specific category.

    • Assign Collections: Click the Select Collections... field to add desired collections into the category (or click the X on any collection tag to remove it).

    • Create New: Click the + ADD CATEGORY button at the bottom to add a new category block.

  • Manage Categories: Use the action icons located to the right of the category name to reorder them up/down (arrows), swap positions, or delete the category entirely (X).

Edit Grouped Collection Tags

On the list view, you can quickly update classifications for one or multiple groups simultaneously:

  • Click to select the desired Grouped Collections. To select all items at once, click the Select ALL button in the top right corner.

  • Click the Edit Tags button on the toolbar.

    • To remove tags: Click directly on any existing tags within the list to delete them.

    • To add new tags: Type your text into the input field at the bottom.

📌 Note: This action applies exclusively to the tags of the Grouped Collection itself. The system will not automatically update or overwrite the tags of the sub-collections or the individual assets contained within them.
