# Consent Status

**Consent Status** enables you to manage and monitor consent for the use of images and personal information in a clear, consistent, and legally compliant way.

* Rather than relying on manual checks or fragmented notes, Consent Status provides immediate visibility into whether an asset has been approved, the scope of consent granted, and whether the consent is still valid—directly at the asset level within the system.
* When you hover over a consent status label, a tooltip appears to display the relevant conditions, terms of use, and any warnings associated with the asset’s current consent state.

### Filtering Assets by Consent Status

To simplify asset discovery, you can filter assets by consent status:

1. In the search bar, click **Filter** to open the filter panel.
2. Select the **Consent** category.
3. Choose the desired consent status (for example, select **Full Consent** to display only assets that fully comply with all terms and conditions).

The system will automatically display assets that match the selected criteria.

### Viewing Consent Status on the Asset Detail Page

You can review the consent status and usage permissions of an individual asset directly from its detail page:

* **Display Location**: The consent status label (for example, a green **Full Consent** tag) appears next to the asset name.
* **Quick Check (Hover)**: Hover over the status label to view a tooltip showing applicable terms, conditions, and any warnings related to the asset’s current consent status.
