## What's Changed

### \[New Feature] Editing Warning Indicator

HIVO provides an Editing Warning Indicator to notify users when an asset is currently being edited, reducing the likelihood of overlapping edits by multiple users.

👉 This feature can be enabled by Client Admin: **Additional Features → Assets → Enable editing status indicator in assets.**

#### **🔹** How it works:

* Users with edit permissions can turn on the option *"Warn others that this asset is being edited."* on the Asset Detail Page (Library & Connector).
* Other users will see the notification *"This asset is being edited by \[Username]"*.
* It is purely informational and does not lock the asset.
* The warning can be manually turned off by the user who activated it or by the Asset Owner.

### Reporting Interface and User Experience Improvements&#x20;

The Reporting interface has been updated and standardized to provide a more consistent experience across reports in HIVO.&#x20;

#### **🔹 What’s New?**

* Standardized UI for list-view reports, including data tables and filters.
* Added Pagination to applicable reports for easier data browsing.
* Updated several report filters, including Client ID for Superusers.
* Added the Export CSV option for additional reports that previously did not support it.
* Implemented several default Dashboards.

This update makes Reporting more cohesive, user-friendly, and convenient when filtering, viewing, and exporting data. HIVO will continue to optimize the Reporting architecture and further refine reports in future releases.

### Display Recent Places on Fullscreen Dashboard&#x20;

The Fullscreen Dashboard now includes a **"Recent Places"** option, allowing users to quickly access recently uploaded assets directly from the Dashboard.

👉 Client Admins can enable this option at: **Client Settings → Dashboard Settings → Edit Default Dashboard(s)**

### Enhanced Gantt Chart Timeline

The **Gantt Chart Timeline** has been enhanced with drag-and-drop interactions, making it easier to organize checklists and visually manage their schedules and durations.

#### **🔹** What's New?

* **View all checklists on the Timeline:** All existing checklists are now displayed in the Gantt Chart, including those without a Start Date or Due Date.
* **Drag & drop to reorder:** Simply drag and drop checklists to rearrange their order directly within the Gantt Chart. The previous **Reorder** button is no longer displayed in Timeline View.
* **Adjust durations visually:** Select a checklist and drag either edge of its timeline bar to extend or shorten its duration.

#### **🔹** Display Checklists with Missing Dates

To ensure all checklists remain visible, HIVO displays a suggested **7-day duration** when date information is missing. Suggested portions are shown with a faded appearance to distinguish them from confirmed dates:

* **No Start Date or Due Date:** A 7-day duration is suggested with a faded bar. Double-click the bar to add the actual duration.
* **Missing Start or Due Date:** The checklist remains visible in the Gantt Chart. Hover over the checklist to see the available date and any missing date information, such as **“No start date”** or **“No due date.”**

These improvements provide a more flexible and intuitive way to **view, organize, and adjust checklist schedules directly from the Gantt Chart**.

### Hide Versions by Default

Client Admin can now configure specific **Version Types to be hidden by default**, helping keep internal or integration-specific versions out of view for general users while keeping them available where needed and hidden versions remain accessible via their **CDN URLs**.&#x20;

This option is configured by the **Client Admin** and applies to users who do not have the "**Can See Hidden Versions"** right.&#x20;

In **Client Profile Settings** **->** **Version Settings -> Automated Versions**, two new options are available:

* **Hide this version by default:** Automatically hides newly created versions of this type from Genneral users.
* **Skip filtering hidden versions for connectors:** Keeps hidden versions available through supported connectors, while they remain hidden from general users in HIVO.

The default hidden setting is applied across the following version workflows:

* **Automatic version creation** when assets are uploaded.
* **Manual Custom/Resize**, including resizing through **Drupal and Salesforce**.
* **Creating or overwriting an existing version** by manually uploading a new version in the main HIVO app or through supported extensions/plugins.

This setting will apply to custom versions, but not to the current default versions (web and thumbnail). And Client Admin can also manually show or hide individual versions after they are created.

### Customizing Intercom chat button position via Drag & Drop

Previously, the Intercom chat button icon was fixed in a corner of the screen, which could occasionally cause inconvenience by obscuring important content or buttons underneath the application interface.&#x20;

Now, Users can now easily drag and drop the Intercom icon to any desired position on the workspace screen.

### Show and Export Task Descriptions

Task descriptions can now be displayed directly in the **Task List** and included when exporting task data to CSV, making it easier to review task details and reports.

**🔹 To show Descriptions in the Task List:**

* Switch the Task page to **List View**.
* Select **Task Settings** in the top-right corner.
* Scroll down and check the **Descriptions** checkbox.
* The **Description** will then be displayed as a column in the Task List.

When exporting the Task List to **CSV**, task descriptions can also be included in the exported data for reporting and further analysis.

### \[New Feature] Delete Report – CDN Link Status

The **Delete Report** now includes a new column indicating whether a deleted asset had an associated **CDN link**.

This improvement helps administrators quickly identify deleted assets that were previously distributed via CDN, making it easier to review and manage the potential impact of asset deletion.

#### **🔹 How to view**

&#x20;⚠️ **User Right Required:** This report is only available to users with the **Can view Reports page** permission.

* Go to **Reports**
* Select **Deletion History**
* Check the **CDN Link** column to see whether each deleted asset had a CDN link
