We are pleased to introduce [**AI Smart Layouts**](https://support.hivo.co/editor/auto-resize-with-ai) — a breakthrough feature designed to automate your design workflow. You can now transform a single design into a wide range of sizes and layouts for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) in just seconds, powered by the intelligence of AI.

* **AI Smart Resizing:** Automatically adjusts the dimensions and rearranges design elements to fit any aspect ratio perfectly.
* **Platform-Ready Templates**: Access a library of pre-set standard dimensions for a variety of social media platforms.

### \[New Feature] **Manual Confirmation for Facial Recognition Matches**

We’ve introduced a new setting that gives you greater control over how detected people are matched with existing profiles.

**🔹 What’s new?**

When this setting is enabled:

* Detected faces in assets will **no longer be automatically matched** to existing profiles.
* Instead, the system will generate **suggested matches** for each detection.
* These suggestions can be **reviewed, confirmed, or ignored** by users.

### \[New Feature] External Approval for Template (Editor)

We are excited to launch the External Approval feature for the Template. This update streamlines your workflow by allowing external stakeholders, clients, or agencies to participate in the approval process directly, reducing feedback loops and ensuring faster project delivery.

**🔹 Key Features:**

**1. Add External Approvers to Stages**

You can now include External Approvers within the Stage settings of your template approval workflow. External partners will receive an invitation to review and approve designs without requiring a system login.

To maintain security and focus, the system now gives you the ability to:

* Select specific Pages of a template to share for review.
* Choose specific Layers to be visible to external parties, allowing you to hide internal notes or unfinished elements.
