HIVO has added an Asset Thumbnails column to the Version Access Request table.

👉 This improvement enables Approvers to visually identify the requested asset quickly, thereby expediting the approval process for granting version access to users.

👉 This feature upgrades the Readiness Rules, helping to determine an Asset's status based on Production Date. This ensures the asset is not too old or too new relative to the current campaign.&#x20;

HIVO are excited to announce the launch of our new Video Transcription feature, allowing you to automatically generate written transcripts from your video or audio assets in moments!

This feature can be executed in two ways:

1. **Automatic on Upload:** Set up to automatically generate transcripts upon uploading new assets.
2. **For Existing Assets:** Run the Generate Transcript process from the Asset Detail Page.
